The supporters of Toa Toa 4EVER booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fábio Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarcio Bulisani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Tarcio Bulisani came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Luiz Fábio Lima. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tarcio Bulisani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Alberto in the 11th minute of the match. When Luiz Fábio Lima was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 17 minutes had been played. Luiz Fábio Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Adriano do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Barrenta SC's Nestor Carioca got control of the ball when André Koehler tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Koehler got free with Nestor Carioca in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Angelo Cabral got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Nestor Carioca made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Koehler in the 34th minute. Angelo Cabral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tarcio Bulisani having to make a save. 39 minutes into the game, Barrenta SC's Angelo Cabral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tarcio Bulisani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Barrenta SC's Nestor Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano do Nascimento in the 43rd minute of play. Tarcio Bulisani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remo Falcão in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yuri Alberto in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarcio Bulisani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barrenta SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
