Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vinicio Junior in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maicon Trevisan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maicon Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Arósio in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Vinicio Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maicon Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Gipuzkoa. Maicon Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Junior, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Jereba 4EVER's Maicon Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Junior in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper David Seaman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Percy de Barros. After 25th play minutes Cauan Pernambucano shot 2-0, a short shot which went by David Seaman and just under the crossbar into goal. Maicon Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Junior in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Pedro Moreno in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Seaman saved Jenipapo SC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Cunha in the 45th minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Raphael Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Jenipapo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphael Cunha couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jereba 4EVER made a substitution. Dito Quirino replaced Percy de Barros. The wind increased when Dito Quirino made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Dito Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dito Quirino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Seaman was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Jereba 4EVER were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Jenipapo SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafinha Cearense took the corner. In the 65th minute, Maurício Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsenio Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Arsenio Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafinha Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The corner led Jereba 4EVER's Rafinha Cearense to fire away a dangerous shot which David Seaman despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. David Seaman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dito Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Seaman came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino. But to his dismay, Dito Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 82nd minute, Rafinha Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, João Pedro Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Seaman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Cunha in the 92nd minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jenipapo SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
