Raphael Cunha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Sérgio de Azevedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 10th minute, Aníbal Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Aníbal Alagoano didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 13th minute. Jenipapo SC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Luís Fernando Tavares charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Fernando Tavares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Arsenio Gipuzkoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jenipapo SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Gipuzkoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 21st minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Jenipapo SC got a corner. BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arsenio Gipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Aníbal Alagoano put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When Aníbal Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Jenipapo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aníbal Alagoano couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Aníbal Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Jenipapo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Marques came free, but David Seaman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luís Fernando Tavares was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. In the 38th match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fernando Tavares to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo got control of the ball when Arsenio Gipuzkoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sérgio de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when André Luiz Vides stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sérgio de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Raphael Cunha. But to his dismay, Raphael Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When Jenipapo SC's Aníbal Alagoano in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalie prevented a goal. After 58 minutes, Aníbal Alagoano made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st match minute, Jenipapo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Carlos Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 64thth minute of the game Aníbal Alagoano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute, Aníbal Alagoano made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. A very good chance. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by BMB IMOVEIS SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arsenio Gipuzkoa was slow to take the kick. During this time Jenipapo SC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Jenipapo SC's corner Arsenio Gipuzkoa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sérgio de Azevedo quite easily take care of the ball. Sérgio de Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aníbal Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Seaman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Vides in the 79th minute of the match. Sérgio de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aníbal Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Aníbal Alagoano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Sérgio de Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sérgio de Azevedo had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Aníbal Alagoano's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Aníbal Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio de Azevedo. BMB IMOVEIS SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aníbal Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aníbal Alagoano in the 89th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aníbal Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio de Azevedo having to interfere. Jenipapo SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of BMB IMOVEIS SC for a fine match.
