When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Hortêncio Fantini took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Edgar Trigo to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustín Tastzian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Fan Chong Lei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Trigo was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Túlio Silva made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Genílson Leite sent off a good shot on target. Toa Toa 4EVER's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
