After having played for 56 minutes, Vinicio Junior managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Junior was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Flying Dutch from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute of the match Jenipapo SC got a corner. Flying Dutch's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arsenio Gipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raphael Cunha in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulo Romero saved Flying Dutch from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Romero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raphael Cunha. Maurício Arósio hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Fabian Ivașcu's late challenge caught a Jenipapo SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Ivașcu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Flying Dutch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Ivașcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Jenipapo SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Flying Dutch.
