Demetrio Ubriaco came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and George Buffon could save by the left post. With a little luck, Three Lions FC's George Buffon got control of the ball when Ahmet Yahya Burçak tried to sneak it across the goal line. George Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbson Simões in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Yahya Burçak got free with George Buffon in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Barral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but George Buffon made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Messi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Three Lions FC's Gunnar Ekeroth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Túlio Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Three Lions FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Toa Toa 4EVER.
