Cristos Contreras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Duarte de Barros made a huge save. Vasily Mahnach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristos Contreras came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the YESHUA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristos Contreras couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, YESHUA F.C's Denílson Pernambucano got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to YESHUA F.C getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Denílson Pernambucano hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Raphael Tepedino sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and YESHUA F.C's Ricardo Zamora didn't even have to move. In the 37th minute, YESHUA F.C's Cristos Contreras ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Duarte de Barros. Duarte de Barros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0.

56 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Cristos Contreras came free, but Duarte de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when John Coracera came free, but Duarte de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duarte de Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristos Contreras in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th match minute, YESHUA F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Coracera to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Minotauro got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Marques. Ricardo Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudinei Brito in the 70th minute. In the 74thth minute of the game David Torres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Minotauro's Duarte de Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. YESHUA F.C's Vasily Mahnach suffered a concussion after 77 minutes and had to leave the field. Edgard Marques's late challenge caught a YESHUA F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Marques helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Minotauro got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Marques. Minotauro's Duarte de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Torres in the 78th minute of play. During the 82nd minute of the match Claudinei Brito completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Claudinei Brito a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Claudinei Brito hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Duarte de Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Torres's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Torres in the 92nd minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Duarte de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Moura struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Duarte de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YESHUA F.C. YESHUA F.C made a substitution. Ramiro Guerra replaced David Torres. YESHUA F.C's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
