Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hugo Terra kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Gato Morto's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Flávio Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gato Morto's Renan Leme got a free kick in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flávio Tróia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrézinho Velloso kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Hugo Terra sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flávio Tróia having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Alex Cambeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Alex Cambeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Terra in the 41st minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match Alex Cambeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flávio Tróia skillfully saved the ball. In the 46th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Berganza to make the kick off. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Travassos spun around in front of the goal 58 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Panama's goal. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Terra in the 60th minute of play. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gato Morto's Flávio Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 67th minute of play. Andrézinho Velloso hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Abraham Alguacil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Flávio Tróia. Gato Morto's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Flávio Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Travassos in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cotilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Gato Morto's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Flávio Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Terra came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Panama players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Gato Morto from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
