After 16 played minutes BORAN FIRTINASI got a freekick which was hit by Gökhun Sureha. Alfredo Ferrant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ilgaz Uçhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes of play, Bolivia's Alfonso de la Cruz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilgaz Uçhan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Gökhun Sureha made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Oğuzhan Gökyüzü hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Alfredo Ferrant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Çağrı Şimşek's late challenge caught a Bolivia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Çağrı Şimşek helped the player get up and apologised. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Kutlay Ünlüol fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Camilo Freixa, passed just outside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gökhun Sureha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bolivia's attentive Eduardo Fontirroig managed to snatch the ball when Baturay Yalın made a throw-in in the 59th minute of the game. If Eduardo Fontirroig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Eduardo Fontirroig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Kutlay Ünlüol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Kutlay Ünlüol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Chicote hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yavuz Selim Uzcan in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of BORAN FIRTINASI booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso de la Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Oğuzhan Gökyüzü managed to get in a good position for a shot. BORAN FIRTINASI's supporters rose to their feet, but Oğuzhan Gökyüzü was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the game, Julio Chicote was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BORAN FIRTINASI the free kick. In the 77th minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yavuz Selim Uzcan in the 80th minute of play. Yavuz Selim Uzcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Yavuz Selim Uzcan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Yavuz Selim Uzcan came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
