Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alvaro Calvino kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Salomon. Feliciano Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 5th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Alvaro Calvino sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The corner led Düsseldorf FC's Ziemowit Czerwinski to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Olivar in the 12th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Horado having to interfere. Feliciano Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Düsseldorf FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Teofilo Salomon hit a great ball. Feliciano Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Feliciano Horado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Horado. Düsseldorf FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Alvaro Calvino scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 2-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Salomon in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Teofilo Salomon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Düsseldorf FC's Feliciano Horado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Düsseldorf FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliciano Horado. That made the score 2-2 after 54 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eulalio Kaxen during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Düsseldorf FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Horado made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Feliciano Horado could save by the left post. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Feliciano Horado firmly grabbed it by the left post. During the 86th minute of the match Eulalio Kaxen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eulalio Kaxen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Eulalio Kaxen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Feliciano Horado made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. If Dalmacio Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
