Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Serafin Toribio got the match started through his kick off. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Serafin Toribio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored All Boys's protests and gave Serafin Toribio a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes All Boys got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Toribio. Mauro Montay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Montay having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nereo Pedroso during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Nereo Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 17 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Toribio got his second yellow card in the match during the 20th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 21 played minutes All Boys got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Toribio. 23 minutes into the match, All Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Mauro Montay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Montay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Viator in the 27th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Viator in the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Nereo Pedroso was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 33 minutes had been played. All Boys's Mauro Montay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Basilio Casomiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. All Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After a rather tough play, All Boys's Basilio Casomiro got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 50th minute. Mauro Montay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Mauro Montay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute. Mauro Montay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mauro Montay made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that All Boys's Mauro Montay managed to reach the ball for a save. Mauro Montay stood somewhat misplaced when Luis Andino came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 57 minute. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, All Boys's Francisco Iztal got a free kick in the 62nd minute. All Boys made a substitution. Benedicto Xabier replaced Basilio Casomiro. All Boys's Aquiles Orlin was substituted for Francisco Iztal. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but All Boys's Mauro Montay did a great save. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after All Boys's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Juan Sebastián Puig was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Felix Montenegro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Mauro Montay skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mauro Montay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, All Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Orlin to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Montay saved All Boys from getting behind. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Mauro Montay made a huge save. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
