After taking down the ball on AF CERRADO's corner Iuri Falcão fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Håkan Kinnman quite easily take care of the ball. Arlindo Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Kadrettin in the 19th minute of play. Marcos Paulista struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Håkan Kinnman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AF CERRADO. Håkan Kinnman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 23rd minute of the match. Håkan Kinnman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 25th minute. Arlindo Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu in the 27th minute of play. Darko Kovačević's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arlindo Guedes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind DOLAPGÜCÜ's goalkeeper Håkan Kinnman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arlindo Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu in the 41st minute of the match. Róbson Bittencourt hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match.

52 minutes into the match, DOLAPGÜCÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Bueno came free, but Håkan Kinnman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of DOLAPGÜCÜ booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murilo Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darko Kovačević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Arlindo Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darko Kovačević's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arlindo Guedes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Arlindo Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Murilo Lucas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AF CERRADO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Murilo Lucas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. DOLAPGÜCÜ's Håkan Kinnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 65th minute of play. AF CERRADO's Dennis Contaldi was substituted for Róbson Bittencourt. AF CERRADO's Felix Smits was substituted for Carlos Alberto Jacinto. AF CERRADO made a substitution. Thiago Damião replaced Marcos Paulista. AF CERRADO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Pombal in the 68th minute. The corner led to AF CERRADO's Murilo Lucas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haşmet Timurhan's late challenge caught a AF CERRADO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haşmet Timurhan helped the player get up and apologised. Mehmet Osman Şafakoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Thiago Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Kinnman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Thiago Damião ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Kinnman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. DOLAPGÜCÜ's Altuğ Kamber was substituted for Darko Kovačević. Håkan Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Damião in the 84th minute of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Antônio Carlos Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DOLAPGÜCÜ's Håkan Kinnman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Håkan Kinnman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antônio Carlos Bueno's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 88th minute, Ramazan Şengil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Antônio Carlos Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Kinnman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Radu Ştefan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DOLAPGÜCÜ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AF CERRADO the free kick. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DOLAPGÜCÜ! Jaime Pombal walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. DOLAPGÜCÜ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though AF CERRADO had controlled the match.
