Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Axel Tasis kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 3rd minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Sid Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute, Ampthill FC's Roger Platt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roger Platt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ampthill FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roger Platt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ampthill FC! The referee gave Costa Rica a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Axel Tasis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ampthill FC's Sid Barber. 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Lautaro Puig notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ampthill FC's Sid Barber. Sid Barber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Puig in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam. The throw-in from Lautaro Puig in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam. After a rather tough play, Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam got a free kick in the 17th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Eliseo Noboa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ampthill FC's Sid Barber. Sid Barber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Puig in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam. Iain Lambert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Sid Barber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 35th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Axel Tasis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Sid Barber was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Sid Barber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sid Barber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

Johnathan Morse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sid Barber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 59th minute of play. Lautaro Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sid Barber having to interfere. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Garry Aspinall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 75th minute of play forced Ampthill FC's goalkeeper Sid Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute of the match Costa Rica got a corner. Ampthill FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Tasis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Costa Rica's corner Axel Tasis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sid Barber quite easily take care of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ampthill FC's Garry Aspinall. Ampthill FC's attentive Garry Aspinall managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Ampthill FC's Garry Aspinall managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Juan Rubio in the 82 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Lautaro Puig in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ampthill FC's Larry Hallam. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
