Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chico de Sousa got the match started through his kick off. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Durval de Queirós in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Dobromir Zagrodny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Dobromir Zagrodny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico de Sousa in the 17th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chico de Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Chico de Sousa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Durval de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico de Sousa in the 28th minute of play. Facundo Cadaval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Saldanha having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mümtazer Kutlan to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Zagrodny didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmo Saldanha saved Jovens Democratas MZC from getting behind. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmo Saldanha saved Jovens Democratas MZC from getting behind. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Durval de Queirós. But to his dismay, Durval de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Zagrodny in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico de Sousa in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chico de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Dalmo Saldanha in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 72nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobromir Zagrodny, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico de Sousa in the 87th minute of play. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Marcel Veiga replaced Durval de Queirós. Jovens Democratas MZC's Xu Li Sang was substituted for Chico de Sousa. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Mexhit Koçi hit a great ball. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmo Saldanha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Jovens Democratas MZC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mexico for a fine match.
