Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Isidoro Lugo got the match started through his kick off. Bernd Goorts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Lugo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Nicolas Froila. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Junes saved Celtic FC from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Bernd Goorts ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Sebastián Junes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastián Junes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Junes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Nicolas Froila struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celtic FC. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ted Ambjörnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Celtic FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. 尤枫斌 didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Celtic FC's Isidoro Lugo got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Celtic FC's Bernd Goorts nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 62 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Lugo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Celtic FC's Sebastián Junes. Sebastián Junes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute of the game 尤枫斌 made a throw-in which Aldo Quintin played forward. Nicolas Froila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Salvador Gisbert managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. 89 minutes into the match, Celtic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Sebastián Junes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes of play Venezuela's Patricio Costa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 90 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Froila in the 92nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Lugo's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Celtic FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
