In the 9th minute Alkinoos Margaritas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AJ Juventus FC were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Canada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Damian Zahonero took the corner. The corner led AJ Juventus FC's Damian Zahonero to fire away a dangerous shot which Jax Williamson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. AJ Juventus FC's Mambru Puertas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 16th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Duško Zambata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AJ Juventus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canada the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, AJ Juventus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duško Zambata to maneuver through the defense. If Koby Wright had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koby Wright in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mambru Puertas saved AJ Juventus FC from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Alkinoos Margaritas came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mambru Puertas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mambru Puertas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 34th minute of play. Mambru Puertas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Cosme Reno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AJ Juventus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosme Reno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jax Williamson came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by AJ Juventus FC's Cosme Reno. But to his dismay, Cosme Reno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 42 minutes into the match, Jan Dixon notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of AJ Juventus FC's Mambru Puertas. Mambru Puertas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carter George hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alkinoos Margaritas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan Dixon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carter George took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mambru Puertas. Mambru Puertas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind AJ Juventus FC's goalkeeper Mambru Puertas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. After 58 minutes AJ Juventus FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Dixon who took care of the corner kick. Filip Edwards sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. With a little luck, AJ Juventus FC's Mambru Puertas got control of the ball when Jan Dixon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Dixon in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mambru Puertas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 72nd minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mambru Puertas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. Gwidon Kaczor got a throw-in 76 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Joshua Kimmich. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Mambru Puertas in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute Cosme Reno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute of the match Canada got a corner. AJ Juventus FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan Dixon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Jax Williamson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duško Zambata, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the match, AJ Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Mambru Puertas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Dixon in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mambru Puertas saved AJ Juventus FC from getting behind. The Canada players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
