After 6 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vali Romoşan. After 10 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Helmut Gutiérrez. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Jair Reinoso came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 22nd minute of play forced Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Galarza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Galarza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luis Galarza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. Tonete Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Galarza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Guftar in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalie and right to Eliseo Mina. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Kalatakaya F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Luis Galarza made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. After 64 minutes Kalatakaya F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luis Galarza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julian Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Luis Galarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Benito Lluterio came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Kalatakaya F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Lluterio couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Benito Lluterio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Lluterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Luis Galarza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza did a great save. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 86th minute. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Lluterio went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Lluterio in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Kelemen came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Lluterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalatakaya F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
