Gustav Jönsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linus Hasselqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Jens Tidéksson in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. Börje Göransson charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Gustav Jönsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Gustav Jönsson made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Jönsson in the 84th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Olsman came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
