Yu Jie Xing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a free kick in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Clive Holloway in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 played minutes Staffordshire Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Pepe Guardiola. When the referee blew the final whistle, Staffordshire Terrier FC could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
