Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Ihintza in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoros Baskakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Kyriakos Kyriakakoglou sped through La Banda de Zeque's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Everardo Santos. In the 24th minute Thomas Tritsonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Real Etoliko CF's goalkeeper Isidoros Baskakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Jayvier. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Thomas Tritsonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Etoliko CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Tritsonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute Aldo Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoros Baskakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Tritsonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aldo Ihintza to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Aldo Ihintza sped through Real Etoliko CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isidoros Baskakis. In the 73rd minute, Aldo Ihintza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Banda de Zeque fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. La Banda de Zeque's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Jayvier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 85th minute, Real Etoliko CF's Thomas Tritsonis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-6. Thomas Tritsonis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Everardo Santos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With 92 minutes on the clock, Julian Tello commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Banda de Zeque! The goalkeeper, Everardo Santos, was totally fooled by Real Etoliko CF's Thanasis Kabouris, who 94 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Everardo Santos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Real Etoliko CF's Thomas Tritsonis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-8 in the ordered_time% minute.
