Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bernardino Aurken made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Aldo Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Banda de Zeque's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Ihintza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asiz Chew breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the La Banda de Zeque defense, Sharizan Pieng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Everardo Santos. The La Banda de Zeque fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Everardo Santos should have stopped the shot. Bernardino Aurken hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Asiz Chew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Ihintza in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Melton Mow's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Ihintza came free, but Asiz Chew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sharizan Pieng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronn Seng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Everardo Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, La Banda de Zeque's goal looked a bit too open when Sharizan Pieng came free, but Everardo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, La Banda de Zeque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Ihintza to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, La Banda de Zeque's goal looked a bit too open when Sharizan Pieng came free, but Everardo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Melton Mow's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Ihintza came free, but Asiz Chew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Rolando Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asiz Chew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Sharizan Pieng reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Everardo Santos. The goal made the score 2-0. Asiz Chew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Lucian, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Everardo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharizan Pieng in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Sharizan Pieng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Everardo Santos. La Banda de Zeque's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sharizan Pieng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 4-1 became the score in the 42nd minute when Aldo Ihintza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zak Gopala Pillai during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Melton Mow's Zak Gopala Pillai got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sharizan Pieng was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, La Banda de Zeque's Aldo Ihintza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Asiz Chew. Asiz Chew yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. In the 54th minute Sharizan Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bernardino Aurken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Ihintza got free with Asiz Chew in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 minutes of play, Melton Mow's Hidayat Yang made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Banda de Zeque's goalkeeper Everardo Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Melton Mow getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sharizan Pieng hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match, Aldo Ihintza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Asiz Chew was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Sharizan Pieng came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Melton Mow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sharizan Pieng couldn't finish the play. Alex Seng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Santos having to interfere. Everardo Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharizan Pieng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Banda de Zeque's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sharizan Pieng was slow to take the kick. During this time Melton Mow's players had a chance to rest. There was no doubt that Melton Mow were the better team. Melton Mow's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
