Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Oberá's Alberto Cresencio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Damián Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damián Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 25th minute of the match. Alberto Cresencio hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Oberá's Yao Peng. But to his dismay, Yao Peng quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damián Martínez having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Oberá's goalkeeper Damián Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Damián Martínez quite easily take care of the ball. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Damián Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Oberá booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sanchos short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Damián Martínez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oberá's Damián Martínez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Oberá from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Damián Martínez in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oberá's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Oberá's Damián Martínez managed to reach the ball for a save. 88 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damián Martínez. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. 93 minutes into the match, Oberá's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes Oberá's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Oberá's Damián Martínez did a great save.
