Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Victor Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play forced Neuros och Psykos's goalkeeper Victor Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute Arvin Säv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victor Linares. Neuros och Psykos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Victor Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of the match. Victor Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Fridlund in the 26th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the game, Neuros och Psykos's Christoffer Fridlund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Victor Linares came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvin Säv in the 43rd minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Victor Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rdth minute of the game Dannes Mañueco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Walter Ahlroht came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Neuros och Psykos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Ahlroht couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Victor Linares made a huge save. Victor Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute of play. The Neuros och Psykos fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Neuros och Psykos's Christoffer Fridlund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Victor Linares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Säv in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Victor Linares made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Linares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neuros och Psykos made a substitution. Agne Algren replaced Mikael Bokelund. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Söderberg in the 85th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Victor Linares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Linares having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Söderberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Neuros och Psykos to leave the ground with a draw.
