Arlindo Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 11th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arlindo Rossi having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Arlindo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arlindo Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arlindo Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘'s goalkeeper Arlindo Rossi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldo Simão made a kick off. Antonio Indiano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Rodríguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Santino Seco got a free kick in the 61st minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when └◘RivierA▬Þauli§tA◘┘ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Henric didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nestor Batista ran over to the corner to take the kick. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson Leite in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Colombia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
