With a little luck, Tullidos FC's Currito Torrente got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Cassius Byrne sped through Tullidos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Currito Torrente. Balázs Kulcsár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tullidos FC made a substitution. Etxepare Lermo replaced Kornél Kormos. Tullidos FC's Celestino Mannie was substituted for Balázs Kulcsár. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tullidos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Monty Rogers was slow to take the kick. During this time USA's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Monty Rogers fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Currito Torrente quite easily take care of the ball. USA were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Tullidos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Monty Rogers took the corner. Monty Rogers made a great header on USA's corner, it was just that Tullidos FC's Currito Torrente managed to reach the ball for a save. Jenson Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Currito Torrente having to interfere. Tullidos FC's Guido Ocaña quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diego Bradley, made in the 82nd minute of the game. John Herrera hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Khalid Parry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Currito Torrente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, USA's Sam Campbell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Currito Torrente. Currito Torrente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etxepare Lermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Currito Torrente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 96th minute. Despite being the better team, USA failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
