But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franciszek Brudzisz couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute of the match Janusz Kapelski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Espinar during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Sebastian Villa fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Sebastian Villa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the match, Radoslaw Dylla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lautaro Navarro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Honduras's attentive Luca Espinar managed to snatch the ball when Wladyslaw Blochowiak made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. Wladyslaw Blochowiak got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Husaria getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Wladyslaw Blochowiak hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. Edmundo Espiga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Radowit Wozniak made a huge save. Radowit Wozniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 68th minute of play. Franciszek Brudzisz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Radoslaw Dylla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Janusz Kapelski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. In the 77th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Wozniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Husaria's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Husaria getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Radoslaw Dylla hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Husaria's Lech Szotek got a free kick in the 94th minute.
