Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuncer İlbaşı in the 18th minute of the match. A hard shot 19 in the game by Luiz Leo from a close distance when the talented Jacobo Nores managed to make a qualified save. Paraguay's players were relieved. Luiz Leo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Canarinho Atordoado's Stayko Gorbanov got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Luiz Leo sent off a good shot on target. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Seabra in the 25th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The Canarinho Atordoado fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 31st minute Peter Mpenza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Leo scored 5-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Nores, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Xavier Zoido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo. But to his dismay, Luiz Leo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. With his leg Jacobo Nores managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Canarinho Atordoado's Luiz Leo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luiz Leo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. The supporters of Canarinho Atordoado booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Zoido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xavier Zoido's late challenge caught a Canarinho Atordoado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavier Zoido helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Zoido to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Peter Mpenza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canarinho Atordoado's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Mpenza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Leo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Leo in the 53rd minute of play. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Leo in the 55th minute of play. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Luiz Leo sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. 60 minutes into the match, Peter Mpenza notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Luiz Leo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canarinho Atordoado's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Leo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Mpenza struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canarinho Atordoado. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Juan Diego Tenorio got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Luiz Leo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Peter Mpenza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Mpenza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Mpenza, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Mpenza in the 80th minute of play. Peter Mpenza might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Mpenza ran back to his position shaking his head. Peter Mpenza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Mpenza in the 86th minute of play. When Hector Covarrubias fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraguay's protests and gave Hector Covarrubias a yellow card for diving instead. Hector Covarrubias kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Peter Mpenza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Peter Mpenza made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. There was no doubt that Canarinho Atordoado were the better team. Canarinho Atordoado's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
