If Mattias Classon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 6 minutes, Rahim Niğdeli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roneros F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rahim Niğdeli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rahim Niğdeli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rahim Niğdeli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Rahim Niğdeli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Ceberiche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Ceberiche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 24th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Witomir Jestrimski sent off a good shot on target. Umbruso Salvadios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Rahim Niğdeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Witomir Jestrimski sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Niğdeli in the 41st minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Roneros F.C.'s Witomir Jestrimski. But to his dismay, Witomir Jestrimski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Alejandro Espina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rahim Niğdeli made a kick off. Witomir Jestrimski scored 3-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the match, Rahim Niğdeli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rahim Niğdeli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Roneros F.C.'s Süruri Erbaş was substituted for Umbruso Salvadios. Samuel Navarro charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Navarro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 61st minute, Samuel Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Cordero Aberasturi came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim Niğdeli in the 63rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rahim Niğdeli took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 66th minute Witomir Jestrimski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rahim Niğdeli took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Ke Yin in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Colombia's Abram Secada. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 76th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Roneros F.C.'s Rahim Niğdeli made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roneros F.C.'s Washington Piedrahita was substituted for Alejandro Espina. Santino Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Jestrimski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ortiz Apellaniz came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Roneros F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ortiz Apellaniz couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute Süruri Erbaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Süruri Erbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Roneros F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
