Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Ceberiche having to interfere. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Roneros F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Peru's Moises Gayoso to a score. 0-1 in the 12th minute. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Eliseo Mina. The supporters of Peru booed when Roneros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordero Aberasturi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Witomir Jestrimski struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Roneros F.C.. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witomir Jestrimski in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Witomir Jestrimski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Ortiz Apellaniz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Roneros F.C.'s Ricardo Ceberiche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Roneros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cordero Aberasturi. The supporters of Roneros F.C. booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rahim Niğdeli to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 55th minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Ceberiche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Roneros F.C.'s Rahim Niğdeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 65 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Alcocer came free, but Ricardo Ceberiche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roneros F.C.'s Süruri Erbaş was substituted for Pontus Picado. After 68 minutes Roneros F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. In the 76th minute, Luz Tejedor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Ceberiche was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Peru booed when Roneros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Espina in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordero Aberasturi in the 87th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Washington Piedrahita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Roneros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Classon to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Ceberiche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Alcocer in the 95th minute of the match.
