Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fryderyk Jajecznica got the match started through his kick off. Fryderyk Jajecznica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Fryderyk Jajecznica tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 7th minute of play forced Spartans Lodz's goalkeeper Procopio Trespalacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 8th minute. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Procopio Trespalacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Spartans Lodz's Fryderyk Jajecznica ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julio Vera. Julio Vera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Ostrowski in the 21st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Spartans Lodz were awarded a corner. Iwan Ostrowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Witold Pryputnicki kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Procopio Trespalacios. Spartans Lodz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Spartans Lodz's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Procopio Trespalacios came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Jajecznica in the 35th minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Procopio Trespalacios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Spartans Lodz made a substitution. Karol Karp replaced Tolek Maziarski. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Spartans Lodz's Procopio Trespalacios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Spartans Lodz from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Lucjan Rasiak got a free kick in the 56th minute. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Spartans Lodz's Herbert Gozdowski got a free kick in the 58th minute. Procopio Trespalacios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Procopio Trespalacios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Procopio Trespalacios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Marcin Marchewka scored 2-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Marchewka in the 93rd minute of the match. Spartans Lodz were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iwan Ostrowski took the corner. The corner led Spartans Lodz's Witold Pryputnicki to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
