Club Deportes La Serena's Prudentio Telaeche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 5th minute of play. Prudentio Telaeche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 7th minute of the match. Ernso Constant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Deportes La Serena's Prudentio Telaeche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 10th minute of play. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Florín Pretot sent off a good shot on target. Ernso Constant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Prudentio Telaeche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute of the game José Luis Dohrmann made a throw-in which Santiago Andrews played forward. A sloppy throw-in by Raymond Louis in the 25th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Deportes La Serena's Nicanor Mellibosky. Rodney Emmanuel made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Raymond Louis. Club Deportes La Serena were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Haiti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicanor Mellibosky took the corner. The corner ended in Nicanor Mellibosky almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Haiti's Noel Seide did a great save. Prudentio Telaeche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute Nicanor Mellibosky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudentio Telaeche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 40th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, Haiti's Ernso Constant made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prudentio Telaeche was left in no man's land by his defense there! Santiago Andrews hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The Club Deportes La Serena players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haiti were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Genaro Aránguiz made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Club Deportes La Serena's Florín Pretot made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! 58 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Prudentio Telaeche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportes La Serena's zone, Ernso Constant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudentio Telaeche came out of the goal and Ernso Constant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd match minute, Club Deportes La Serena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurín Parot to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club Deportes La Serena booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Dorval didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Deportes La Serena's Nicanor Mellibosky quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rodney Emmanuel, made in the 76th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Mellibosky came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes in the game Jean Marie Alcius did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Dorval. With a little luck, Club Deportes La Serena's Prudentio Telaeche got control of the ball when Ernso Constant tried to sneak it across the goal line. Prudentio Telaeche made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Jonathan Alphonse sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Andrews sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Club Deportes La Serena getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Geraldo Alcázar hit a great ball. Club Deportes La Serena's Prudentio Telaeche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 91st minute of play. Felix Dorval kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The Haiti players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
