After 55 minutes, Iggy Costacurta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A.100Qualidade and the ALMA GUERREIRA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th match minute, A.A.100Qualidade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iggy Costacurta to maneuver through the defense. Egídio Quirino was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Wilson da Rocha. The corner led ALMA GUERREIRA's Lasse Delvig to fire away a dangerous shot which Egídio Quirino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when José San Martín got free with Egídio Quirino in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egídio Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Araújo in the 87th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Egídio Quirino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 90 minutes into the match, A.A.100Qualidade's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim Araújo came free, but Egídio Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Delfim Araújo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egídio Quirino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8.
