In the 16th minute of the match, Rowen Doherty tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cauan Carvalho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Grêmio Bulls were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after ALMA GUERREIRA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastião Tróia took the corner. The corner led Grêmio Bulls's Sebastião Tróia to fire away a dangerous shot which Cauan Carvalho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Grêmio Bulls were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after ALMA GUERREIRA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastião Tróia took the corner. The corner led to Grêmio Bulls's Sunday Skinas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Cauan Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Lehen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cauan Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowen Doherty in the 25th minute of the match. Amauri Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Henrique Prata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José San Martín's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The ALMA GUERREIRA fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when ALMA GUERREIRA's Delfim Araújo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Romulo Lehen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Cauan Carvalho made a huge save. Grêmio Bulls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastião Tróia in the 35th minute. Grêmio Bulls's Henrique Prata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José San Martín in the 38th minute of play. After 44 played minutes ALMA GUERREIRA got a freekick which was hit by Wilson da Rocha. When Romulo Lehen came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Grêmio Bulls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Lehen couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romulo Lehen was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's goalkeeper Henrique Prata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José San Martín. ALMA GUERREIRA's Cauan Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rowen Doherty in the 63rd minute of play. Cauan Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowen Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Amauri Lucas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cauan Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 89 minutes into the match, Grêmio Bulls's Pedrão Prata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cauan Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Wilson da Rocha got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Prata in the 94th minute of play forced ALMA GUERREIRA's goalkeeper Cauan Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ALMA GUERREIRA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
