Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zach Harrison came free, but Dan Wennerqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Wennerqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 9th minute of play. Hernan Lano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marco Day came out and tried to block the shot, but Hernan Lano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Gustavo Tartalo scored 2-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Espadas in the 23rd minute of the match. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrián Espadas to make the kick off. When Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao in 51 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Marco Day guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After having played for 54 minutes, Monty Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monty Rogers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Amador Venceslao. With a little luck, Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Lano in the 65th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Gustavo Tartalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. A collision led to Soroca F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Iordanis Karatzaferis hit a great ball. Khalid Parry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Dan Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Răzvan Necula came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Răzvan Necula couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Baker got free with Dan Wennerqvist in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 92nd minute, Godofredo Quilino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Soroca F.C. had won after a very even match.
