After 7 minutes PatiCarRent's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Sokol in the 8th minute of play. Pawel Wodaszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of play. Pawel Wodaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Szczepan Szarmach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PatiCarRent's Pawel Wodaszak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PatiCarRent's Pawel Wodaszak. Pawel Wodaszak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pawel Wodaszak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Sokol was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Felix Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pawel Wodaszak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szczepan Szarmach in the 58th minute of the match. Pawel Wodaszak made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Felix Montenegro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Ecuador's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Pawel Wodaszak in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. After 78 minutes, Slawomir Sochacki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PatiCarRent and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PatiCarRent getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Slawomir Sochacki hit a great ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Pawel Wodaszak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by PatiCarRent's Szczepan Szarmach. But to his dismay, Szczepan Szarmach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 95 minutes into the game, Raffael Schäfer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ecuador players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PatiCarRent.
