Rodrigo Bautista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Primitivo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Rodrigo Bautista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palermo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 19th minute, Rodrigo Bautista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Primitivo Jeraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Bautista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Primitivo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Rodrigo Bautista fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Primitivo Jeraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goalkeeper Primitivo Jeraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 58 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's Rodrigo Bautista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palermo AFC made a substitution. Jesus Dalmu replaced Egon Lätte. Palermo AFC's attentive Cao Xi Kuan managed to snatch the ball when Xavier Figueroa made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Bautista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Thiago Pliego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 74 minutes, Qiao Kang Zhen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Qiao Kang Zhen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Bautista in the 76th minute of play. In the 81st minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Jeraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palermo AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Mariano Lacasa scored to the left of an out of position Primitivo Jeraldo, making the score, 4-1. A collision led to Palermo AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Siro Galo hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Bautista went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Palermo AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
