Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play. Felix Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ivan Chiuzbaian having to make a save. 12 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Sen Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 17th minute of play. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 19th minute of play. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of the match. After 23 minutes Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montes to fire away a dangerous shot which Ivan Chiuzbaian despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Zhao Sen Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 29th minute of play. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Stasio Bienienda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Stasio Bienienda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- the free kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 63rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhao Sen Yang took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Grigore Maghiran was substituted for İlhami Akyazıcı. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s İlhami Akyazıcı got a free kick in the 74th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Grau, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 79 minutes, Zhao Sen Yang made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ivan Chiuzbaian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zhao Sen Yang in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Grau in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball.
