Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valdo Velloso took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Valdo Velloso capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valdo Velloso really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doni Nóbrega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doni Nóbrega came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Venezuela's Tomas Illescas. But to his dismay, Tomas Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, ARON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Doni Nóbrega didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. A collision led to ARON FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Waldir dos Santos hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARON FC's Doni Nóbrega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 29th minute of play. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doni Nóbrega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Doni Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Luciano Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Doni Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doni Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Valdo Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARON FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Velloso in the 74th minute of play. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ARON FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Válbson Ferreira hit a great ball. 80 minutes in the game Luciano Munhoz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Conrado Travassos. Luciano Munhoz got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Noel Pombal. After a defensive mix-up in ARON FC's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doni Nóbrega came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doni Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Venezuela players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
