With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Ignace Vermeulen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elias Paulin made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Andreas Söderberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignace Vermeulen in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when Blågula Fans FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Arne Melin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blågula Fans FF's Andreas Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 25th minute of play. Ignace Vermeulen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Blågula Fans FF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sven-Arne Melin hit a great ball. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When Blågula Fans FF's Ignace Vermeulen in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Blågula Fans FF's Aron Zachrisson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivan Navarro, made in the 54th minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignace Vermeulen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elias Paulin made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ignace Vermeulen immediately put the ball in play. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignace Vermeulen went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Ignace Vermeulen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Elias Paulin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 74 played minutes Luca Espinar rounded Blågula Fans FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Björklund in the 79th minute of the match. Erland Björklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ignace Vermeulen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignace Vermeulen in the 91st minute of play. Blågula Fans FF's Erland Björklund got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ignace Vermeulen came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
