In the 3rd minute, Eugen Bobocea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Paiva in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. In the 9th minute David Greblă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Bobocea to maneuver through the defense. Dé Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Mestre GG got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Pombal. Gerson Ramos struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Horea Hurmuzache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mestre GG. 24 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Fonseca came free, but Horea Hurmuzache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes of play, Mestre GG's Wilian Fonseca made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horea Hurmuzache was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Mestre GG booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. In the 32ndth minute of the game Wilian Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The attack was good, but when Dé Paiva in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 40th minute, Dé Paiva made a precise shot to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. DINAMO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Wilian Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Horea Hurmuzache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dé Paiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The wind increased when Dé Paiva made the kick off in the second half. If Gerson Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Mestre GG's Horea Hurmuzache threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dé Paiva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 64 minutes into the game, Célio Munhoz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mestre GG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DINAMO the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Célio Munhoz got a free kick in the 64th minute. Wilian Fonseca who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Horea Hurmuzache when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Horea Hurmuzache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dé Paiva in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Dé Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal and Dé Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Mestre GG's Dé Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Greblă to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Eugen Bobocea hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Fonseca got free with Horea Hurmuzache in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Paiva in the 90th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save DINAMO from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mestre GG had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
