The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Pereira. With a little luck, Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres got control of the ball when Ezequiel Pereira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chiquinho Peres came out of the goal and Ezequiel Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glauco Aparecido in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Anaya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 30 minutes of play, Lobo Guará's Ezequiel Pereira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiquinho Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Pereira in the 35th minute of play. Chiquinho Peres was a little too slow when Ezequiel Pereira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-0. A collision led to Lobo Guará getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Berker Başhekim hit a great ball. Daniel Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Pereira to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ezequiel Pereira made a precise shot to the right of Chiquinho Peres. Uraricuera EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 58 minutes of play, Lobo Guará's Ciro de Moraes made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiquinho Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62ndth minute of the game Ciro de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glauco Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Glauco Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glauco Aparecido struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Daniel Anaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uraricuera EC. In the 83rd minute, Glauco Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Marcelo Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Ciro de Moraes put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Chiquinho Peres. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uraricuera EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lobo Guará.
