Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 25th minute of the match. Thomás Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeng Xu Yuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Poetass FC's José Maria Goiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Poetass FC from getting a goal against them. Daşdämir Albändiyev hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Capibaribe Stars's attentive Hicham Al Azka managed to snatch the ball when Witold Bronicki made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Nike 武磊 struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. José Maria Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capibaribe Stars. After 46 played minutes Poetass FC got a freekick which was hit by Zachariasz Rzentkowski. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

José Maria Goiano came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Capibaribe Stars's Hicham Al Azka. But to his dismay, Hicham Al Azka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. José Maria Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Zamfir in the 65th minute of play. Thomás Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Capibaribe Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hicham Al Azka to maneuver through the defense. Poetass FC made a substitution. Witalis Brysz replaced Kalle Billberg. After a rather tough play, Capibaribe Stars's Hicham Al Azka got a free kick in the 70th minute. Thomás Toscano made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Zeng Xu Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Daşdämir Albändiyev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Sousa in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Maria Goiano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Capibaribe Stars's Daşdämir Albändiyev got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Capibaribe Stars had won after a very even match.
