Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute Carlos Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Peres came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Galo do Japi's Carlos Santana. But to his dismay, Carlos Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carlos Santana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Galo do Japi were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Uraricuera EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cafu Ringaa took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Paulo Renato Saraiva got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chiquinho Peres quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Santana in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Uraricuera EC's Rafa da Costa got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute, Carlos Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galo do Japi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 23rd minute Pedro Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Giovanelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute of the game Rafa da Costa made a throw-in which Glauco Aparecido played forward. 31 minutes into the match, Uraricuera EC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Santana came free, but Chiquinho Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Uraricuera EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cafu Ringaa was slow to take the kick. During this time Galo do Japi's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Cléberson Lara managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Carlos Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Santana might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquinho Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Santana ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 49th minute of the match Uraricuera EC got a corner. Galo do Japi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 史挺宇 ran over to the corner to take the kick. 史挺宇 made a great header on Uraricuera EC's corner, it was just that Galo do Japi's Ronaldo Giovanelli managed to reach the ball for a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Munhoz to make the kick off. Galo do Japi's Eriberto de Souza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcelo Domingues in the 55 minute of the game. Ronaldo Giovanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Munhoz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldo Giovanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Munhoz in the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Santana in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chiquinho Peres saved Uraricuera EC from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Marcelo Domingues threw the ball into play from the sideline. Galo do Japi's Eriberto de Souza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Sydney de Moraes hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu Ringaa in the 72nd minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Rafa da Costa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Galo do Japi's Cléberson Lara quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 81 minutes of play Uraricuera EC's Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 84 played minutes Uraricuera EC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe da Fonseca. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Santana in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquinho Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Carlos Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chiquinho Peres made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Carlos Santana sent off a good shot on target. Kephalos Gomatos kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Uraricuera EC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Galo do Japi:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Santana in the 96th minute of play forced Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho Peres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto de Souza in the 98th minute. In the 99th match minute, Uraricuera EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Domingues to maneuver through the defense. The Uraricuera EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Galo do Japi's performance. The match ended with a win for Galo do Japi.
