The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Dave Panno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uraricuera EC's goalkeeper Chiquinho Peres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chiquinho Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Panno in the 12th minute of play. Chiquinho Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Panno in the 12th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Uraricuera EC's Sílvio Luiz Gonçalves got a free kick in the 31st minute. A collision led to Uraricuera EC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Marcelo Domingues hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Uraricuera EC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Panno came free, but Chiquinho Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magno Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Aparecido in the 38th minute of the match. Pedro Munhoz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 38thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Mamutes EC's keeper Magno Correia was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Panno in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chiquinho Peres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Uraricuera EC's Marcelo Domingues got a free kick in the 44th minute. Uraricuera EC's Chiquinho Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Peng Zhou in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Panno was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Mamutes EC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Moisés Bueno hit a great ball. Magno Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Munhoz in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Dave Panno got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dave Panno might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chiquinho Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Panno ran back to his position shaking his head. Dave Panno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chiquinho Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute Dave Panno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chiquinho Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Magno Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Filipe da Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uraricuera EC's protests and gave Filipe da Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Uraricuera EC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe da Fonseca. Chiquinho Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Panno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes of play, Mamutes EC's Dave Panno made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chiquinho Peres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chiquinho Peres stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dave Panno's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mamutes EC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
