Olav Suur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Punua's zone, Vitinho Madureira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olav Suur came out of the goal and Vitinho Madureira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ederono Vilardell was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Prudencio Bras showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 87 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Punua's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Ruben came free, but Olav Suur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Punua's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
