Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AC MiLaN's Silvio Jatsu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute AC MiLaN were awarded a corner. Filip Vlaicu went to the cornerflag to take it. Filip Vlaicu made a great header on AC MiLaN's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Văcărescu got free with Julio Vera in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Văcărescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Văcărescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. AC MiLaN's Victor Curea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Emil Văcărescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Emil Văcărescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Victor Curea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Victor Curea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 35th minute of play forced AC MiLaN's goalkeeper Victor Curea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Chevalier hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Jatsu came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by AC MiLaN's Silvio Jatsu. But to his dismay, Silvio Jatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. AC MiLaN's Victor Curea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save AC MiLaN from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Văcărescu in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to AC MiLaN getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. George Chevalier hit a great ball. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Emil Văcărescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Victor Curea made a huge save. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victor Curea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Filip Vlaicu kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 68th minute. The supporters of AC MiLaN booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Jatsu in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Victor Curea however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Vlaicu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Jatsu went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. AC MiLaN made a substitution. Basarab Avram replaced Emil Văcărescu. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Dindelegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filip Vlaicu was slow to take the kick. During this time AC MiLaN's players had a chance to rest. The AC MiLaN support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
