Viktor Häll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makareus Poulakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sivert Borre got free with Tobias Øverland in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as NovaStella FK's Roman Lluciano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tobias Øverland. That made the score 2-0 after 26 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Lluciano in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Øverland saved APOELHELLAS from getting behind. Tobias Øverland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Lluciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Santos in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th match minute, APOELHELLAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aglauros Sakellariou to maneuver through the defense.

APOELHELLAS's Tobias Øverland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Lorien in the 51st minute of play. Michel Santos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 57 minutes into the match, NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Santos. After a rather tough play, APOELHELLAS's Quique Meckes got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute, Quique Meckes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the APOELHELLAS defense, Ronny Odén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Øverland. The APOELHELLAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Øverland should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Inocencio Lorien managed to get in a good position for a shot. NovaStella FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Lorien was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Øverland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute of the match APOELHELLAS got a corner. NovaStella FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Makareus Poulakis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lykaon Belesis made a great header on APOELHELLAS's corner, it was just that NovaStella FK's Viktor Häll managed to reach the ball for a save. APOELHELLAS's Michel Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute Inocencio Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Øverland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronny Odén kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Viktor Häll made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Makareus Poulakis sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. NovaStella FK had won after a very even match.
