Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Virgílio Trigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the game, Glauco Breckenfeld cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Virgílio Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Virgílio Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 minutes of play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Nueva was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the last second Joaquin Gayoso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Virgílio Trigo in the 21stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A well-hit corner resulted in Dedé Gaspar heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, Reko-Recko 03™'s Mai got a free kick in the 24th minute. Cipriano de Toledo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Virgílio Trigo in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Leandro de Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reko-Recko 03™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelino Nueva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Francisco Seco got free in front of the goal in the 33rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Angelino Nueva was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 35 minutes, Alberto Gisbert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Gisbert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, Uruguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mai fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Nueva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Reko-Recko 03™ got a freekick which was hit by Mai. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgílio Trigo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hao Feng Yu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Cazalla in the 51st minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 60th minute of play. Glauco Breckenfeld took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Angelino Nueva in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximiliano Escribano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Angelino Nueva made a huge save. Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dedé Gaspar scored 5-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute, Maximiliano Escribano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Virgílio Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Carballal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Reko-Recko 03™ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
