Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience held their breath when Axel Tasis in the 13th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Eelco Lanting's left hand side. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eelco Lanting saved Dukaton f.c. from getting behind. Sven Keller took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Eelco Lanting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 32nd minute of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjan Zoontjens in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eelco Lanting prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute, Lautaro Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eelco Lanting prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eelco Lanting took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven Keller to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Dukaton f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Ger van Zijderveld. 60 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dukaton f.c.'s Eelco Lanting. Eelco Lanting was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arjan Zoontjens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Tasis in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eelco Lanting saved Dukaton f.c. from getting behind. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Dukaton f.c. booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjan Zoontjens in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Noboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Puig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eelco Lanting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 84th minute of play. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eelco Lanting made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
