Joaquin Gayoso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amadeo Bermel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Saturnín Gorigoytía recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute Dinko Sakaliyski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evrosi Slivenski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Elenko Hrulev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Elenko Hrulev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Устрем - Пет могили getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Peycho Sheytanov hit a great ball. Dinko Sakaliyski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Beldad. Uruguay's attentive Arturo Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Elenko Hrulev made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elenko Hrulev in the 62 minute of the game. It was a well-played corner which Maximiliano Escribano managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Evrosi Slivenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 73rd minute of the match. Устрем - Пет могили's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Maximiliano Escribano scored to the left of an out of position Evrosi Slivenski, making the score, 3-3. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinko Sakaliyski's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Dinko Sakaliyski sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Evrosi Slivenski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Franco got free with Evrosi Slivenski in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evrosi Slivenski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Gisbert in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evrosi Slivenski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uruguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Устрем - Пет могили.
